Overseas Refugee Claims

In limited circumstances, it is possible to sponsor refugees living outside their country of nationality under either:

  • a sponsorship in cooperation with a Sponsorship Agreement Holder, or;
  • as part of what is known as a "Group of Five".

These applications must be thoroughly and carefully prepared. We are here to help you with the application and to guide you through the entire process.
